THE ROOM – Abu Dhabi

THE ROOM concept first started in Belgium in 2010 in the heart of the expat community of Brussels. Peter, Co-Founder of the concept, was teaching Spinning® classes as well as coaching runners and triathletes. His main interest was giving people of all fitness levels a great time during workouts, offering improvements to their overall well being and creating a community of kind and caring people. Very early on the welcoming, inclusive and non-intimidating nature of the concept was born. Truly everybody feels welcome at THE ROOM!

THE ROOM embraces the cultural richness of West meeting East and this is intertwined in every detail of the brand and its expression! Hospitality and ‘above and beyond’ service has always been key and gave birth to the concept of the Live-in Room and genuine customer ‘Care’.

Peter’s scientific nature, his being people oriented and his professional sports past made sure that teaching people the science of things in a very fun and accessible way became part of the first place in Brussels, THE CYCLING ROOM®. This studio, albeit a humble start out of a ‘basement’, set up the start of #anextraordinaryroad.
