Our story is rich in flavor. Our pledge is to create second-to-none legendary dishes and products. We do this by staying on top of the entire chain: from procuring the meats, and the seasoning and smoking process at our own smoking facility, down to the preparation and delivery of the final product.

Truth is, we’re a chef-inspired company with an uncompromising obsession for details, quality, methods, and great culinary experiences.
Most chains only have one or two revenue streams. At Local Fire, we have multiple streams designed to drive maximum opportunities for the right single or multi-unit operator.
