If you want to escape from the usual trendy and expensive malls, it’s worthwhile to visit. The place is clean and safe. It’s air-conditioned and you find lots of shops selling imitation brands. Wear comfortable shoes as there is lots of walking involved. The mall is mostly on one level so that it quite convenient. Also there are quite a few snack places and restaurants. Be warned that not all the tiny snack areas have a lot of seating so you may have to wait to grab a seat (depending on the crowd). It is not mega-cheap, but cheaper than the bigger malls of course. Found lovely shoes at one of the stores somewhere in the middle (they sell just shoes).
