DDG Presents Blackadder Goes Forth in Dubai

Witness an action-packed yet comedic historical adaptation!
Dubai Drama Group, the UAE’s oldest theatre company, is proud to present ‘Blackadder Goes Forth’ – the theatre adaptation of the 4th series of the iconic BBC TV show ‘Blackadder’.

You’ll be in hysterics as Captain Edmund Blackadder repeatedly tried to avoid his military duties as the Brits fight in World War One, only to be bested by his rival, Captain Darling. But what happens once Blackadder runs out of ideas, and must go ‘over the top’?

A show full of comedy, yet with moments of poignancy, amongst the trenches.

How to get there

By car: Al Serkal Avenue is located in the Al Quoz industrial area of Dubai, and it can be easily reached by car. If you’re coming from Sheikh Zayed Road, take the Al Manara exit (exit 43) and turn right onto Al Manara Street. Continue straight until you reach the first intersection and turn right onto 8th Street. Keep driving straight until you reach the roundabout, take the second exit, and continue onto 17th Street. You’ll find Al Serkal Avenue on your left.

By public transportation: To reach Al Serkal Avenue by metro, take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Noor Bank Station. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to Al Serkal Avenue, which is just a short drive away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Al Serkal Avenue from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
